Follow these easy steps to apply for status as a dealer affiliated with ConnectHome:
STEP ONE: Application
Fill out the ConnectHome Dealer Application form. ConnectHome dealers must maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service. By providing the requested information, you authorize ConnectHome to verify and conduct a reasonable screening of your company. This is done to ensure only the highest quality dealers are admitted into the program. Some dealers will not qualify. Click here for a printable application.
STEP TWO: Read and Sign Agreement
If your company qualifies for admission into the ConnectHome program, there is a simple agreement to sign, written in plain language, which outlines the responsibilities of both ConnectHome and your company. Click here for a printable Agreement.
STEP THREE: Payment
When you turn in your affiliation agreement, the following financial requirements apply:
* One-time set-up fee
* Monthly dues payment
* Minimum monthly product purchase commitment
